Where to get a Padded Helm?

Need it for a recipe, the Vendor in Ceizor doesn't sell it and can't seem to find it. Some other posts have mentioned junk pile in storage can have a chance to spawn but idk if there's a reliable way to force the respawn?

Bandits that wield machetes can drop it. The Vendor in Cierzo also sells it, but it's on rotation so it won't always appear.

I got it on Cierzo, try as Remilnelia said.. Maybe you can't see it right now but will on the future.

I*m not sure,, but I think that you can buy full padded armor from the shopkeeper in Berg.
The general store shopkeeper btw.. :D
