Any way to get the glowing eyes the watcher's have? I want them o_o

They also grow in the wilds, in starter zone near the ancient outpost north. They look like bluish transparent plants.

Person is trolling you and talking about ghost eye plants.Not the purple glowing eyes that the watchers have. I don't think there is a way to get them however, but they all seem to be wearing the same hood so it might be npc headgear.

Mofat from Monsoon also has glowing eyes but of a different color.

It would be cool if mages (i.e. anyone who unlocked their Mana) would get the glowing eyes from staying awake long enough to get the buff, like that could be its expression.
