This Is the Police 3: You Vs. Boyd.
That's my sense on it yeah. Jack went from being somewhat sympathetic to almost entirely unlikeable by like day 5 and spent the remainder of the game that way. It was sort of jarring honestly. If there is a 3rd, he's almost certainly going to be the bad guy. It can't end well for him at this point.

And I don't know why, but I think a highly likely protagonist for a TITP 3 might be a "Lilly/Lana"-esque character that is not emotionally compromised (essentially a face for zero tolerance on corruption, progressive changes to policing, someone who commands the respects of young cops, etc.)
I cannot explain why but an image that immediately pops into my head is Agent Dana Scully from X-Files.
Maybe in the TITP3 we will play as Palmer :D
What I don't get, about ending, is why Jack killed Fry - Emma is a logical choice, she knew too much, but Jack needs someone for making his fake ID of being Warren Nash legal; not to mention Fry might have had a dead man switch for just this occasion.
what they agreed earlier including documents for Jack so he wasnt useful any more probably.
For me climate of the TITP2 is amazing I had a great time to the end
I cant wait for the TITP3 :D
I know this sounds ridiculous but I also think there's definitely something to the Forest Spirits of Sharpwood. One of my cops was possessed, killed another cop while shouting in an unknown language and foaming at the mouth, then killed himself. Remember that little minigame near the end, where the game tells you 'SAVE JACK'S SOUL'? What if it meant it literally? Jack Boyd's conscience is gone. All that's there is a man completely driven to get everything he wants, no matter the cost, no matter how many people he has to kill. The Forest Spirits have taken him.
Yeah yeah, suspension of disbelief kinda flies out the window once you involve Forest Spirits, but hey, maybe it's gonna go down the X-Files or Twin Peaks route.
