so when one of my officers gets injured i treat them in one day but they will die somehow.. can anyone explain why?

I've tried to launch the new investigation a few times, but every time I send an agent to the scene they say they have been put on a sofa with a guitar by someone who rants about "perfect silk" or something, and then they go back to the police station. I've sent all kinds of agents (men, women, Bradhi since he knows about sewing - thinking that 'silk' was a clue), but nothing, always the same result. At the end of the day, I lose tabs for 'having ignored the investigation'. Did anyone have the same proble...
