How far away should heating plant be away from apartments?

Just a quick question I don't want my citizens to get sick!

Here are the ranges I use:
• 500m for small heating plant
• 750m for large heating plant

I haven't tested the waste heating plant, but I wouldn't build it closer than 1000m, though ~800m might turn out to be okay.

I go with 500m for big and 350m for small, because they usually do not run on full capacity even throughout the winter and on near-to-none in 3/4 of the year, so pollution is not that easy to accumulate (and in a rare case it does they will survive those last weeks till March)

Max underground heating pipe length is 1000m and I am using almost max of it. For Incinerator - Heating Plant max range of pollution is 1600m.
