Mech distribution list

So. Can anyone share of any comprehensive info about where you can find cpecific mech variant (heroes included preferably ofc)?
As much I google it only I could find are lists of mechs with their respective armor/weapon slots data.
I'm sick and tired of those "We have a task for you. Go there and kill BL-6B-KNT mech. Aww, you've seen it only once and NO DATA AVAILABLE? How unfortunate, bwahahaha!!!"

It's all chance, of course, because they're using RNG (to some degree) to determine Lances. Btw, a BL-6B-KNT is a rare starleague era variant. I doubt you'll find one of those very often in the field. The MUL says during MW5's era it's exclusively in use by Comstar.

You can find SLDF Royal Mechs extremely rarely in Assassination type missions but if you have a mission that says "Kill a 6b Black Knight" I'd say drop it as you've basically got a 0.01% chance of it spawning outside of a campaign mission.

Have an outdated list that I will need to update at some point. If it is not on it its either LOTKL or available pre 3015-01-01. These are from the game files btw and reward Mechs typically are available earlier. LOTKL also messed up the Mech market spawning so you can find variants a lot earlier than they should be, plus some missions it added allow for Mechs way earlier than their introduction date.

If you look in the game, under operations one of the tabs has a mech encyclopedia, which will show you all the mechs you encountered and when they're introduced, I think.

I don't think I hit 3040 yet, but since I did the campaign chain I already got the Rifleman DNA and the Orion YAJ.

You are missing the Royal Wolverine in Razr Mice Livery. Forgot where I got it though. It was from stopping on a planet in the north east quadrant.

You get it from Valentina. Part of the reason if someone is starting a career and not sure who to choose I recommend Davion as it is right next to where the player starts.

Any info if MW5 follows TROs regarding extinct 'mechs models? Can't seem to stumble upon them on battlefields, nor on market. Ingame year is 3090.
Or did PGI just forgot to add those "new" kestrel long gone star league variants into actual fractions' warzones? And the only way to add them into ingame database is to be lucky enough to find those on market?

Yes and no. You'll find extinct models on the market. Mainly around Terra.
Ever since Kestrel Lancers dropped I have encountered a few "extinct" Mechs in combat mainly in Assassination Mission types. Mostly been 27sl Crabs and 2N Griffins as the target. Guess probably should look at a spawning sheet sometime.

I can't get info about availability of mechs from spawning sheet, 'cause I haven't seen them once. Yet still when you actually find one of them (whether on market or in battle) it says "NO DATA AVAILABLE"

Just a heads up..

If you use mods to add mechs en mass it makes the normal mechs even harder to get as it adds a bigger pool to find them in.. And i believe it may even make some not spawn at all.

So, I almost finished collecting mechs for ingame database. I've checked it at least half a dozen of times, I'm missing Champion CNP-1N and Marauder-2 MAD-5A atm.
As much as I'd like to know if I'm missing something or just my bad luck that I haven't seen them 100 years+ (gamevise ofc), I'd like to understand, which 2 more mechs am I missing, according to https://_i._imgur._com/_OI3IiwH_.png?

All the records available are complete, any hero I wish I just can field from my cold storage no prob. I've completed all the missions available and got all the heroes I could, Corsair ,YAJ, KJ/CAR king crabs or whatever.

Is it a bug, or just super secret mechs, I wonder?
Is there roughneck 'mech in the game?
