The blue is a nice background color and the red is a stark contrast as a highlight. Plus the colors for armor and health make sense.

I use Demon one - i just like purple.

I'm one of those weirdos who likes the default one the most. Every other one feels too weird and out of place. With the default one I just have to look for a split second and have all the information I need, I have more trouble doing that with the other UI's for some reason.

Default's advantage is that all the equipment in the bottom right is a different color and information can be glanced at instantly but the base ui color is gross.

Demons is also the only other one with different color coding per ability.
