Is it safe to use a mod to increase ammo?

Is it safe to use a mod to increase ammo?
I will not play multiplayer, only in single player, will achievements be blocked there?
I passed the story campaign and the game has a big drawback - it's too small a pocket for ammunition

Using mods in single player is safe, yes. I don't know about achievements though. Alternatively you could learn to use your chainsaw better. Don't wait until you run out of ammo, work it into the rhythm of combat. Whenever a pip refills, use it. There are exceptions of course, like the rare cases when you want to save up three pips for a problematic demon, but those are only relevant for a few situations in the first three or so levels.

The problem is you have to do more than push W and LMB to find it.

You forgot to add a mod that removes blood punch so you can actually use normal melee without instantly killing everything.

And a mod that removes flame belch, ice grenade and converts grenades to be ammo based instead of cooldown.

And a mod that forces you to active weapon swap to the chainsaw rather than pressing a key to activate it.

And removes dash.

And removes meathook.

And dramatically increases self-damage on rockets.

And massively increases imp fireball damage and makes their projectiles much faster.

And adds a 4 second recharge AoE stun to the plasma rifle.

All I can think of for now but I think that's enough to get started.
