Wait... what? Can't you just begin a new game? Did your save bug out or something?

Master levels are post-game content. To continue the game, there should be something the game wants you to do inside the fortress.

no, everything is saved without problems, but when I go in to start a new mission there is only one mission (Arc complex) and it’s blocked ) I bought a game but I can’t play )

Please post a screenshot of what menu you are on - Master Levels are on a separate submenu than the main campaign.

If you can't access ARC Complex in the main campaign, that means you haven't finished the previous mission.

You should use the "Continue Campaign" button, that will get you to where you need to be.

you might be using the wrong terminal in the hub, check if its called Master levels, if so its the wrong one and you should use the one called mission select.

what should i do there? I kind of found everything, took everything, there is no yellow icon where I should go, I did all the upgrades, but doesn’t open the mission.

Well you need to beat the main campaign to unlock the ability to play Master Levels. The only Master levels available currently are from pre-ordering.

If the actually main campaign isn't working, you might just need to reinstall the game.

Not strictly correct. Cultist Base was pre-order, ARC Complex was available to anyone who plays "near launch".

You get the Arc Complex by playing the game near its launch and it’s unknown if it’ll be made available later for latecomers. Players unlock the Cultist Base Master Level by pre-ordering the game and it is also unclear if everyone will be able to play it later.
