Stock cooler? 4 heatpipes are minimum req, 6 are recommended.
This cheap aftermarket one has good reviews:

If you already have a good cooler, then it's a problem with thermal paste quality, which differs by brand, and stock paste is not always the best. Thermal pads are even worse. Some coolers can be duds too, or just clogged with dirt. Your windows power profile can also affect thermals, if it's set to some ridiculous OP setting like ultimate/high that doesn't enable any powersaving.

Intel is also known for enabling above turbo boosts by default, so they can cheat singlethreaded benchmarks, so who knows if that's enabled either. But most of the thermal issues can be addressed with a proper cooler anyway.

90c is "safe", but you def have cooler issues, and are probably running into thermal throttling, which will happen at certain temperatures. If the temperature ever goes CRITICAL, there are safety measures that will just shut your PC off, although long term temps will degrade the chip.

Side note: It could also be fan bearings, which most fans are replaceable on aftermarket coolers.

You need new thermal paste and clean your pc maybe?
ah, i wish i could do that, i got a prebuilt and cant open the case (MSI Trident 3 Arctic) since it would void the warranty, if it starts acting up big time i'll bring it down to the place i bought it at and mention that
Pretty sure that's illegal in the US, and they just do it to scare people into compliance.

60c seems pretty high for an idle to me. My FX-9590 used to idle at 30c - 35c and my i7-7700 idles 35c - 45c.

It might be that something in your pc cooling system might be failing, I suggest you check that first just to make sure.

i cant really modify my computer, as it would void manufactuer warranty

Those stickers on gadgets that say you'll void your warranty if they're removed? You've probably come to expect them whenever you purchase a new device. The FTC has just made clear, however, that those warranty notices are illegal when it fired off warning letters to six companies that market and sell automobiles, mobile devices and video game consoles in the US.
You can do whatever you want. If they try to enforce it, they're breaking the law. They only do this to scare people into not accidentally breaking their stuff, and make uneducated people think that a broken sticker means they can't get repairs, when they actually still have to honor it.

There's also ways you can remove stickers without breaking them, but I don't bother, since I know they can't enforce it. If you think they're shady enough to argue with you, print a copy of the report, and whip it out the second they try it.

What cooler do you use for your cpu? Is it an aircooler? An AIO?

does it only happen when you play DE?

Doom Eternal is heavily multithreaded. It's most likely maxing out your CPU more than games built for quad cores, which would obviously tax the cooler. Only solution is beefier cooler, or just ignore it, since the temps are still within "spec", albeit borderline.
[Evil Inc.]Drakkon 20 MAY 2020 a las 11:00 p. m.
I would suggest a cooler upgrade, and as the person above me stated Eternal is built more for multi cores than high frequencys like Intel likes to utilize. Upgrade your cooler and you should be fine. You're still within spec but keep an eye on your temps.
