Smart App Control (Windows 11) blocking start. (failed to load game library)
For anyone who's getting this error message, the Windows 11 Smart App Control is responsible and is blocking certain game DLLs from being loaded.

@Devs: Please sign your game files.

Yep, same problem here.

Smart App Control will not allow Riftbreaker to load.
