problem
I bought the Heart of the Swamp expansion pack, but it doesn't appear in the game.

The requirments to start DLC3 are research uranium, palladium and titanium handling
Once those are done the DLC will start when you are on the HQ map

From some reports, it might also help to travel to another map and then come back to the HQ map if it hasn't triggered after several minutes.

There is also the failsafe if that doesn't work, idle on the HQ map for 15 minutes

If that doesn't work you need help from the devs

Make sure you're playing the story campaign, not open campaign or survival. You should get a pollen cloud event and then be able to rift over to the swamp biome.
