cant plant fungus regulus

as the title says , do i need a certain level of familiarity to unlock them to plant them or is there something i miss here ?
the only ones i can plant from their group are the crystalline ones

You typically need level 2 familiarity to grow something, and it also may not grow in that specific biome (it should say so.)

i´m already at familiarity 2 with regula shrooms and on the first campaign map so i should grow them but cant find them in the cultivator menu , could it be that they only grow on certain places and need a different ground for them ?

If they don't show up at all, they might not be available for cultivation. Not all plants are, from what I remember.

strange , they are considered the best choice for cultivation because of their biomass production
maybe they got removed from the pool because of that

Just did a quick test run, and all varieties of Fungus Regula were able to be planted on the Tropical Forest biome (original HQ map).

Did you make sure you had level 2 Familiarity on the specific variant you were trying to grow? Each variant of any plant or fauna has its own research tracking, so you might have Level 7 on one species, but only level 1 on the one you want to plant, for example. Overlooked that one myself the first time I tried Cultivators back during the EA phase....

Aside from that, I'd suspect maybe a mod interfering if you've loaded any, or else a possible bug.

yeah , it was similar to that , the moment i reached lvl 3 with them they popped up in the menu
