How do I transfer items?

I have old acc outside of steam but i want to tranfer items to my steam acc. I cant find a way how to log in from 2 devices at the same time or at least mail the items to my steam character.

First off they don't even allow items to be mailed ingame. Two, they will allow two clients to be played, but both need to be premium for it to work. Worse, each toon has to pay for premium, not the acct. Talk about a money grab!

I just took the most basic axe and putted it on market for like 30m golds. Then I went to my previous account and I bought it. Ofc, I lost some cash on fees but I didnt had to bother with anything else.

That sounds costly, someone said that one your own island you can have a chest that others can access so you can kinda trade that way. But one has to get an island, meaning they have to have premium and I hope that you can have others go there without being premium or that would be a real pain in the rear.
It's bad enough you have to pay per character not account for the premium. I've never heard of that before.
