How do I make T4?

Hello guys, I started playing this game yesterday and I currently have a full T4 set that I bought in the marketplace. I was wondering how to craft it myself?It does not show up in the crafting menu at the blacksmith in steppe scross.

And where do I go from here? I've just been gathering resources around the steppe cross zones. Now I'm not exactly sure what I am supposed to do

Any T4 Crafting Stations can be found in the Royal Cities (Not Caerleon). So to Craft T4 and Higher go to the cities.

Basically this is an Open-Ended Sandbox MMO game with no quests whatsoever outside the initial tutorial quests, So you're free to do anything whether it be a gatherer, dungeon person, pvp, doing market runs, trading anything really.

When you hit "B" and look at the tree there go to the right and then Up you'll see the crafting requirements such as "acquire x amount of points for crafting journeyman equipment" etc. Have to work your way through crafting a bunch of the prior teir to unlock the next.
