Use the Steam overlay's gamepad config utility and setup an activator to auto-repeat.

There's a learning curve, but once you learn how the gamepad config works it's very powerful, very free and has very few compatibility issues.

I had to have a lay down after the 5th round arm wrestling match. So hard :)

If you use my mod, you can set the framerate limit to 15 while the arm wrestling matches are going on and it makes things so much easier :)

Thank you all you guys, now I have found software can auto fire, much appreciate your comments and recommandations.
I think some of the arm wrestling are designed to be cons. Even allowing for progressions, some getyou down to pinned way before you can respond to the start of the fight. Almost like you need to find the ones who don't cheat.

I don't have any hard evidence, but it sounds like something they would do. Have you figure out who's honest and who's conning you.

I don't know in steam but in the xbox and dreamcast I beat them all without cheats.
The trick is how you hold the controller.

Is that how you can time go faster as well?
Someone mentioned it was possible to time skip with your tool.
I would love to find way to stop watch time like in demul cheats.

The tool I posted is a macro recorder can record key presses but can record mouse clicks as well. You can use is it on betting games and using gatcha automatically while you watch tv etc.

I would be surprised if anybody won against Dory without using auto-fire.
