Why do they like Crow so much?
guy literally was ready to kill them and said crow armbrust you knew was a lie. yet everyone still continues to love him and support him and wants to "bring him back if necessary using force to be friends with him again"

wtf

Because the "power of friendship" is a trope that runs through the Cold Steel series

There's no particularly complicated reason why they want him back, Falcom just determined that Class VII's members are extremely idealistic and have a lot of faith in people. And it serves a narrative purpose. Whether you yourself buy into it hinges mostly on whether you liked Crow or not, and for at least some players, the answer is not, so the determination by Class VII to try to save him comes off less well.

Okay, well, that's not entirely true. It is possible to analyze each of the characters individually to explore why they might want to believe in Crow despite his actions, but the problem with that is it still doesn't actually put Class VII's determination in a better light. It actually raises more problems than it solves.

Should've done Crow's bonding events.

I did, it does not matter in the end because guy was acting according to him.

It also does not matter if he was gonna kill ya

Don't get me wrong, even if I do make fun of the power of friendship in the cold steel series. I still love it... Good gameplay, amazing overarching story, etc...

Cold Steel in general I feel is simply a lot more PG then Trails or Crossbell...

i highly doubt crow would have killed any of them, just as i could not take class 7's "we're willing to die so you can get away, Rean!" the least bit seriously.

because he's strong and handsome, in other words, the complete package.

If he wanted to actually kill them he had more than enough chances to do so. He's not actually out for the blood of anyone not named Osborne.

This is pretty normal for kiseki in fact. Also as pointed out, Crow could have killed them if he really had any intentions to do it or didn't care for them to some degree. Plus Rean himself has an attachment problem (he attaches too easily and quickly which makes sense when you know his full past)

Heh, or anyone that's not a man.

It is interesting that Rean seems to have some really strong bonds with males in this game. Sometimes even ones filled with a lot of manly passion. It's no wonder that the boys are beautiful philosophy is a big thing in Erebonia.

no reason in shounen anime ♥♥♥♥♥. if you're friended with someone, you're friends forever and it gives you powers.
