Can someone help me with this, what I assume is probably, event riddle?

The first half makes me think a police station, the second half makes me think an egg. I'm expecting this is a location I need to go to and I'll be rewarded, so I'm trying to correlate ingame locations with possible riddle answers. Can anyone help?

I somewhat came to this conclusion but never got around to checking it. When google said memories and it was talking about a jail type situation, I was thinking the big black door in the basement because its like a memory of being new? If I get a reward I'll update here.
