it's a tales title so we expect excellence but you will not find that in this one. it's blander than plan oatmeal. the story is race war where they look exactly alike. the cast is boring as hell those little interactions that they have with one another often have nothing to do with the current objective or event. They all talk slow and drawn out like they're high. It's not like Berseria where they put effort into the game. avoid this garbage.

Just finished this absolutely phenomenal game.

The story was so good it hooked me from the first 5 mins and i focused on nothing else but the story.

It was an absolute joy to play through, would highly recommend for anyone who's a fan of good stories with an anime aesthetic.

I thought come the end i'd be recommending this. At about half way to three quarters of the story I was at a 9/10 but the over use of skits (comic style cut scenes) that at times add absolutely nothing and constant enemy battles made the end a drag and to make matters worse it wasn't even the end of the game. Yup it makes you think it's the end only to a do a fake out, absolutely abysmal writing. They had it in the palm of their hands only to kill it off when it should have been galloping to the finish line. Not sure i’m gonna finish it now, it just seems to never end and I’ve mentally checked out.
