Are any of the DLC items worth it?
Thinking of buying the game soon and trying to figure what I should purchase besides the base game. Thank you.

The one that lets you carry more than 15 of each consumeable is pretty much mandatory.

The ones that unlock the costumes have trees locked behind them that give you some pretty good stats and attacks. Divine Streak (basically kamehameha) with Rinwell is her highest DPS attack on a lone, human sized target, and you absolutely can't get it without the DLC.

Thanks. What do you mean by trees? Skill trees? Also, do you have to equip the costumes to obtain the skills? Can you unequip the costumes after and still have the skill trees?

There are 3 costumes (x2, since its sets for all female or all male) that each give one skill tree/sphere. Each one contains 1 active skill and for the rest passives+ stats bonus.

You dont have to wear the costumes, but owning the dlc is required to unlock those skill trees.

Thank you for the info!

None of the dlcs are mandatory in the slightest. You can 100% the game + post game high level sub quests and its achievements without any of the dlcs on any difficulty, they just make it easier + add cosmetics or make it so you spend less time grinding.

Eh, it would have been great but I literally just completed the game without it. It's not mandatory, but I wish there was a way to get it in-game without paying.

I completed the game with not a single DLC. None of them are necessary. Some of them will make your life a lot easier.

Lastly, I really wish they did not put any DLCs into the game, it would have been infinitely better and more balanced without them.
I had lots of fun with the costumes.

Because that's the kind of person I am.

Honestly? No, no dlc is needed in the least bit.

I realy dont understand why anyone would be okay with a company that charges 60€ already for their title (which is the absolute max I've ever payed for a game) locking content behind a paywall so they can suck another 30€ out of people by using psychology on them. For me those people enable such behaviour which preys on the gullible and easily swayed. So out of honest interest and at least giving it a chance to change my mind about it, why would the ones buying this game think such marketing strategies and behaviour are not only okay, but should be supported by spending money on it thereby proving the people who implemented this revenue system right infront of the company and shareholders?
