The Tales games are JRPGs with very action styled battle systems.

Take information here with a grain of salt as the game is not released yet so our understanding is not complete.
I did a quick browse of your profile and would say that you don't have any game that is representative of a Tales-like game. Monster Hunter World (MHW) is a methodical action adventure loot grinder with set piece boss-like battles. MHW has a story campaign but end game involves you farming the same bunch of encounters repeatedly for RNG-based upgrades.
Tales on the other is a story/character driven game with random encounters (that teleport your party to a separate battle arena), intersperse with boss fights. You gain levels which open up more abilities. You can grind for a number of things (eg. ability proficiency, levels, equipment etc). Most of the games in this series have endgame dungeon(s) that require preparations to complete. And that mostly becomes the endgame for the games in this series.
My advise is to look up videos or Let's Play before making a decision. Because based on your Steam Library, you have not played any Tales-like game before.
If you're looking more for "Monster Hunter" style games, then I'd look towards Dauntless, Toukiden or God Eater. Although these feel more like the normal MH games IMO.
Man dude been trolling on forums for years. Talk about commitment
