When hunts become that constant they lose they fear factor. It's no longer a sudden scramble to get somewhere safe at an unexpected time. Now it's just "ok I'm going to hide at x/y/z when it hunts again otw back and then a/b/c and then d/e/f as I leapfrog my way back". That's not scary at that point.
The rare ear whisper jump scare or ghost manifestation in front of you is all the jump scares this game needs.
So no, absolutely not. It would completely ruin what makes the game so good.
Seeing quick manifestations, a ghost locating and interacting with a camera; knocking it around, turning it off, re-positioning it somewhere else in the room or building. Or even just hovering a stuffed animal or item in front of the lens for several seconds.
Something that can bring those chickenshit in the van into the fun too. And naturally none of these would count as evidence, and would just be the ghost playing with whomever is watching it.
