Level and statistics are deleted...

My 1350+ level got reset to 1.
No achievements (color/background/etc) for badge either
At Player Statistics everything went back to 0 too
I'm so sad and mad rn. I played Phasmo since Early Access....

Does anyone know how to fix it? I reported it on Discord too, but maybe someone know a quick solution for that problem

this sounds like the old save file desync issue though, but I think it might be too late now? Hopefully you get that sorted OP and can get your unique badge made up.

Unfortunetly i got no rewards for my legacy badge. I'm handled as if i'm a completely new player. I'll hope i get some help from tech support. I looked into my local files and steam cloud and the last save backups are still there, but the game won't load it

I read the patch notes and i am defentely aware that a reset was planned, but it shouldn't be like that. On first load in all of my friends where still at high level and could earn their badge rewards. They all where Prestige 1, level 1 and had every difficulty and location unlocked. and their statistics are still up. For me it is nothing. no rewards, nothing unlocked and prestige 0, level 1.

At the legacy badge customization the old level should appear. For me it says 1

Yeah, i'm really p*ss*d... I was so exited for the prestige system and now i'm declared as a noob haha :D

You might have better luck on their discord for help. Devs almost always ignore steam forums, in my experience.

Go to their discord and send a dm to their modmail. They will ask you for your player.log in your game files and tell you where to find it. Give them a little bit and they should be able to fix your legacy badge. They fixed mine and my friends.

I've messaged them on discord and waited for their reply (they have a lot to do, so i i understand it). I just asked over here for a possible quick solution.

But thanks to the Phasmo Team it is fixed know, so the gaming session can finally begin :)

i mean... it's only numbers. don't matter that much. there's absolutely no reason to be frustraded. unless you were counting the basketball points like a pro NBA player, then you'd be cuz that got reset as well. i had more points than lebron james... and look at my face... i'm 5.9'
