GeForce Now supports streaming Phasmophobia. You need to have the game in your Steam library, download the GeForce Now app on your phone, and you also need a mobile controller and a fast, stable internet connection. If you don't like waiting in a queue and playing in 1-hour sessions, you may consider a GeForce Now subscription, which is not that cheap these days. Phasmophobia is not a game where a few ms latency is an issue, so I think it should work very well if the above conditions are met. Have fun!

You could use Steam Link on your phone to play any game, but beware that it sometimes is a little unstable.

If you've not subscribed to GeForce Now, then i guess you should do that to get access to Phasmo (the error message is quite clear about it). If you are subscribed, but that message still appears, then you should rather contact the GeForce Now-Support. We can't really do anything about it here in the Steam-discussions.
