What Counts as Spirit Box Evidence?

Does a non verbal ghost reaction count as spirit box evidence? I've been playing and i'm getting reactions not an actual word.

I wouldn't trust it without the actual spirit box answer because things like give me a sign would happen normally without it

I've never had a ghost do anything other than speak on the spirit box you are probably mishearing them say something.

only single words spoken through the spirit box (it will also show as text) count.

The other reactions are things they always do(well always have a chance to do), even when your not using a spirit box. For the spirit box only talking counts.
