To use a motion sensor in an objective, you just have to get the ghost to activate it once. Place it on a wall in the ghost room for full effect.
Oh, and don't place them too high, as some smaller ghosts will not activate them when they pass by.
- verify the position of the ghost when attempting to smudge stick it so you don't waste sticks when the ghost is elswhere.
- to make sure you place the ghost book in a place where the ghost frequently walks through through
- know when the ghost is actually inside the room when you try to get an event or other reaction
I also think you can use knowledge of the ghost's position to make sure you'll get an answer from the Spirit Box
