Something's off with the video filters @dev

Dear dev,

I know I'm late to the party. If you ever read this, please consider updating the game.

First of all I love the retro options - but something is missing/wrong. I like the CRT filter, but I dislike the bad visibility and the wobbling effect of the "pixel" option. It seems like I have no chance to get "CRT" without "Pixel"... here's why:

The game offers
- no filter
- Pixel
- CRT
- NTSC
- *
- Pixel + NTSC
- CRT + NTSC

*So one would say that there's no "Pixel + CRT" option. Sadly it's already in "CRT"! So in fact there's no pure CRT filter :-(

And can you reduce the VHS effect in the pause menu please?

P.S. why is the path in the route overview upside down? You usually start at the bottom and go to the top...
