For those with FPS Issues
if anyone is having FPS Issues such as 8 FPS / 15 FPS lag etc. On laptops and some desktop pc’s.

Bear in mind, some laptops and desktops have 2 Graphics cards, either being Intel and Nvidia, or Intel and AMD or AMD and Nvidia.

Please close out the game,
Open Nvidia Control Panel
Under 3D Settings, Select Manage 3D Settings.
For Prefered Grapics Processor: Select High-Performance Nvidia Prosessor
Select Apply

then
select Program Settings
click Add and goto the Crash Bandicoots Directory.
example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crash Bandicoot - N Sane Trilogy
again Select High-Performance Nvidia Processor

This worked for me.

when i first installed the game it was jittering, i had audio lag, image lag, image tears.
and thats because the game doesn't give you the choice to choose which Display Adapter you wish to use. and since i've done the above, i'm getting a perfect 50FPS to 60 FPS.

Concept of Visual C++ Redist. packages is with us 13 years yet ppl still keeps blaming the game when it won't launch..

See no difference :3

Sad, its not working for me. :/
I have a 1080 GTX and still locked 16 fps.
If the game has no focus (after I clicked on my second screen), I have 48 fps and with the trick from Fan4eG even more, but when I clicked in the game I have 16 fps. :dexo_skeptic:

For AMD
Open AMD Radeon Settings
Go to games
Click on Global Configuration
Framerate control leave it in 60fps

If someone is having problems leave it always on, that helps for me in some games.

Hope I buy crash this month im so excited to play this

Lower the "Shadows" setting from ULTRA to HIGH. I did it and I could raise the resolution to 1440`60fps, whereas at 1080p with ULTRA shadows I was getting 48fps. That with a GTX970.
That's it? They couldn't fix the game so they just stickied a post? really? lmao failure.
