Serious download problem.

Hey guys!
I've got an issue with the downloads on Steam.
On others clients (like the one of Fortnite) I can reach the 3 MB/s, here on Steam it's like it has a limit of 600KB/s.
Have you got some advice for me? I mean, downloading Crash will take ages to be downloaded with that speed :/

PS: I know this isn't the right section.
PPS: I also tried to contact the Support, they couldn't help at all.

Yes Sir, I also tried to Clean the download cache. Nothing changed.

Change the download region to Spain & Portugal, maybe you can fix it, sometimes I have the same problem with my download region and I need to change it to some near region.

Try to use VPN just to check your provider not limiting some heavy load traffic.

@hope I tried to change the download region (in many different countries, like france, switzerland, germany, spain) and nothing changed (made these tests downloading a game which I had unistalled).

This thing pisses me off a lot, guys.

Just google it. You can use Windscribe, for example. They only provide 1gig of free traffic, but I think it'll be just enought to check that speed issue.

check from settings which server you use for downloads, I live in eastern part of Finland and servers from russian are way faster than one from here. But check if you got right setting there or you have limited download speed to 600kb/s
