you don't have a dedicated videocard? only an integrated one?
then, I believe, that would be a reason
just to be 100% sure, can you
1) go into START menu
2) type into search field "dxdiag"
3) run that program
4) select "display" tab
5) screenshot what it tells and link it here?

1) is a notebook or a regular (tower-like / monoblock) PC?
2) go into START menu and type "devmgmt.msc". does that program shows anywhere a warning like "unknown device", "disabled device" or "wrong driver for device"?
no all my drivers are up to date I just ran dell update manager and everything is updates.
your options here are:
1) lower graphics in the game as low as possible & kill all background processes and try to play that way
2) request a refund for your games (if you played less than two hours in any of them)
if your drivers are up to date, then there is really nothing you can do, other than update your hardware
