Crash Bandicoot™ N. Sane Trilogy

Statistiche:
Crash Bandicoot running in slow motion
Hi, I just purchased couple games from Steam (Crash Trilogy and Shadow of the Tomb Raider) and they are both running very slow. below are computer specs if anyone can help please, my computer is brand new and its is very annoying that this is happening:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @1.80GHz (8CPUs), ~2.0GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Display: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
Intel(r) UHD Graphics Family

thank you in advance.

well, yes, then I am afraid but there is nothing you can do - the videocard in this notebook it quite weak (not for heavy games). in fact, there no videocard at all, your notebook uses part of Intel i7 resources to draw images (so it is a double work for CPU)

your options here are:
1) lower graphics in the game as low as possible & kill all background processes and try to play that way
2) request a refund for your games (if you played less than two hours in any of them)

if your drivers are up to date, then there is really nothing you can do, other than update your hardware

you don't have a dedicated videocard? only an integrated one?

then, I believe, that would be a reason
thank you for your quick respond but what is that? do I have to download one or is it an equipment upgrade?

equipment upgrade

just to be 100% sure, can you
1) go into START menu
2) type into search field "dxdiag"
3) run that program
4) select "display" tab
5) screenshot what it tells and link it here?
two more questions:
1) is a notebook or a regular (tower-like / monoblock) PC?

2) go into START menu and type "devmgmt.msc". does that program shows anywhere a warning like "unknown device", "disabled device" or "wrong driver for device"?
its a dell xps 13 two in one laptop.
no all my drivers are up to date I just ran dell update manager and everything is updates.

you are welcome! :steamhappy:
Your graphics hardware is very slow and maybe not fully supported by the games / APIs.
