this wording is reference to an old japanese game on the sega master system. the translation of the japanese dialogue to english was hilarious. one of the more infamous catch phrases in the dialogue was 'someone set us up the bomb'. search the phrase on google.

Are you all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid? It's a reference to a old videogame, which had awful (whatever language) to english translations. Where at one point "someone set up us the bomb" was said, the same game spit out the long running internet joke "All your base are belong to us"
