Yep. That's why everyone was buying them. They thought they would go contraband like the Howl but valve just changed the artwork to avoid any copyright problems and that's that. You're not going to get a refund and valve can't change the artwork back because of copyright.

You could also name the gun 'BAWKBAWKBAWK' or 'Double Down' or something chicken-related. You'll be a comedy hit in-game.
