I guess maybe just try it while offline with bots on each resolution and see how that works. If you don't mind, please post back here to let everyone know what you find out.
Whenever you want to migrate settings and keep your sensitivity, use http://mouse-sensitivity.com. It also gives notes if there's anything to watch out for.
And the site of #3 is quite perfect to calculate the change.

If you change your sens according to resolution that's bad because you will lose your aiming skills.
It might be because judging distance in pixels might be a little different, or that a stretch on the monitor in 4:3 was used.
No. You don't need to change your mouse sensitivity.
Multiply this on your cpis/dpis. For example, 400 would be 565

and/or

log(16,9) is 16/9 relation (log base 16 of 9)
