And yes it was removed due to a DMCA complaints. Google it - you'll find plenty of information :) Valve has no reason to remove stuff to make it evne more rare.

You cannot get M4A4 Howl.

Oh i see , all goods. Ive been ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with skins , not on workshop , just on photoshop , Ive nearly finished my "Banksy collection" , haha they look amazing , i might post some pics tomorrow for yall . I personally think i could design better skins than whats avaliable , Would valve ever take a skin on that alot of people liked etc , and how would i go about it ? Through workshop ?

Every skin is added through workshop. See subforums on the right or link at the top - that's about all I know about that.

You can get 100% dargon lore in a trade up contract if you only use m4a4 knights and if you want it in fn you will need 10 fn m4a4 knights

You can trade up to Dragon Lore, but that's so expensive, and to make profit, you need to take a risk too, like 50/50.

^^^^^ Neonly is correct you can trade up to a dragon lore with a m4a1-s knight although, you can not trade up for a howl because it is a contraband/the skin was copyrighted and steam could not use it. the only way to get a howl is to buy one from a already existing howl before it became contraband.

I do not thing you can get M4A4 | Howl, but you can get Dragon Lore! 10% pr. M4A1-S | Knight.

You might run into problems with the name unless you own the rights to the work
