The Howl is permanently removed from the game – and only available to people who already had it (and marketatble/tradeable)
The Dragon lore is part of the cobblestone collection which I believe only drops, there have been no cases whatsoever.

I believe the trade up contracts only work for skins within a case, and you can only upgrade to a higher level (blue -> purple -> pink -> red) skin, which it chooses randomly.

To answer if it’s worth it, in general the prices/economy are pretty balanced, which I personally find quite impressive as it’s self regulated. Usually 10 skins of a lower level are worth more than the highest level skin, unless there are two – usually you’ll see one being worth less (the less favorable one) and one being more. So, like anything – it is based on luck and luck is basically just the rates/chances.

There are no guaranteed ways to become rich –or everyonewould jump it and the prices would self-regulate.. again.

Yes, I already edited my post - my bad.

And yes it was removed due to a DMCA complaints. Google it - you'll find plenty of information :) Valve has no reason to remove stuff to make it evne more rare.

According to http://tradeup.convars.com/, that's a 10% chance to get a dragon lore with that setup. Definitely not worth considering the price of a knight, you'll never be that lucky D:
