Report a translation problem
Go there and delete the de_dust2 map, then relaunch csgo and it should redownload it when you connect to a server running de_dust2.

While it sucks to have a seven day, the only way you could have gotten it is if you had prior transgressions, you should be more careful next time! Also steam support can't help you, sorry.

the best reason I know is that your map was somehow corrupted in a way that CS:GO rejects you from playing the map
but the fix is very easy from what frisky mentioned, just hard to get good information from people
