I can't trade my items, even though the trade lock exceeded

Here is my message to steam, but they are usually taking a long time to send bot reply, so i thought some of you guys could help my out. My screenshot is in Danish, but it say with red: Can be traded after 22. September (00:00:00)

Hello Steam Support.

I have a bit of a problem, with your steam trading cool down. AND BEFORE YOU JUST SEND THE ORDINARY BOT REPLY PLEASE READ MY PROBLEM TO AN END!!!

Last Sunday (14.09.2014) i bought up 200 Euro on steam wallet, and bought 100 keys in Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I knew i would prob. get a trade ban for a week, and i did. My keys + my market got locked until September 22 (00:00:00) I knew that so, it was all right, i supposed. Then Monday (23. September), when i was ready to trade my keys, they were still locked. I guessed that it was maybe time differences between the US and Europe, but they just didn't lock up. Its now the 25. September, and I'm starting to get kinda ♥♥♥♥ed. I understand that you have security, and i think its just all right, but when i use 200 Euro, i kinda expect that things go smooth.

Now i ask you? How can this happen and will you PLEASE open up my keys, so i can trade with them. Could it be a bug in your coding or what actually happened.

I have attached a picture of how it looks from my screen, if that helps you.

Hoping for a QUICK answer, since last time i send a ticket it took more than a week to get responded from you.

How can you get trade bans for buying keys?

He didn’t get a trade ban, but is using the word in a different purpose. When your account isn’t verified properly, any items you buy can’t be traded for a couple of days (ie. Banned).

OP: I’m not sure, I have heard of this before but don’t know a solution. Steam Support is your best bet and the default reply by bot is default. You’ll have to wait patiently for Steam’s support to look into it.

Well, there is no right word for it but since it is described as

Tradable After Sep 22, 2014 (0:00:00)

I would go with some as trade-lock, or trade restriction – but both could still be confused for bans.

Perhaps just quoting it is the way to go? Or items being tradeblocked perhaps?

No its probably because he hadn't purchased something in the market for over 6 months, I am on the same boat when I only purchased $10 worth of keys :)

Can you select the item in your inventory then take a screenshot (press the PRTSCRN button), go to www.imgur.com and press CTRL+V, then give us the link to the image?
