why do people not ban maps in premier that the enemy is good at

> stack has almost a 100% win rate on mirage & dust 2
> our team, comparatively, has a very low win rate and has a higher win rate on something like inferno, anubis or ancient
> ask your teammates to ban mirage & dust 2
> they never ban mirage and dust 2

obviously mirage/dust aren't the only maps with this problem but they're the most frequently played & the most frequent that i see people do this.

then people complain about losing the match

Thats because instead of strategizing against opponents weakness, people with their huge ego would like to take a head on challenge which results in them losing most of the time, happened to me lots even if i told them to ban those maps first
