I have come to the conclusion that it is not possible to have friends online. A friend is someone you know, someone you trust, someone you share a bond with. It is not possible to meet these criterias through a computer screen. I have ditched "friends" and "friends" have ditched me, as there quite literally is a lack of a chemical bonding. After some time, be it months or a couple of years, your "friend" will likely abandon you or you will abandon your "friend", which doesn't happen in a true real life friendship. Many humans have become incapable of making friends these days because we've all become so special and messed up biologically. I can trust my IRL friends completely, whilst I would be skeptical of even borrowing an online "friend" some non-existant digital skins from a computer game. I think you can relate to this. That is my point of view anyway.
