VAC False Ban?

I was playing comp with my friend and it just randomly banned me for 24 hours. I opened a support ticket about it on the same day, no response just an auto generated message that cs2 team will review your request bla bla bla... I played after the 24 hours ban got removed and got banned again for 7 days??

I am playing for over an year I think never used hacks ever on my machine so I don't think VAC is detecting any residual hack files or something. It's just banning me for irregular gameplay? I do try to use wallbang shots and gets lucky sometimes maybe that's the reason.

On top of that the ban is issued to me and my friend gets banned for being in my party?? What's the point of that man.

I understand I become very sweaty at times so some people reports me, maybe due to vast reports I am getting banned but why my friend got banned lol he is cursing me for no reason.

Today my ban has 6 days remaining and still no response from support team.

Sorry but I am not a cheater. I know it's hard for me to prove my innocence due to abundance of hackers but this might prove to you guys that when I open support and go under the Counter-Strike 2 > My recent competitive cooldown

It shows me this text which proves it's a bug on the devs side, because I am seeing alot of posts recently about false bans.

Yeah you are right but why cooldown? It prompted that I had irregular gameplay and here on support ticket it shows unexpected error?

Yeah lol same I don't chat, I never killed a teammates maybe hurt them accidentally but never fully killed a teammate??

You guys need to read the new rules under no toxic activity allowed anymore. It's a lot more than just swearing but that's the main reason people are getting banned or cooldowns.

Don't be toxic don't get a cooldown. It's simple. Be kind

Regardless, it should show me a prompt of toxic behaviour. It showed me a prompt for having an irregular gameplay??
