Improve CS2 VAC system Suggestions

Valve should make cheating detection faster and give players clearer feedback when they report suspicious behavior.

Improve detection during matches
Use server-side checks to flag impossible movements, abnormal firing patterns, and other strong signs of cheating. Combine multiple sources of evidence before issuing a ban.

Make reports more useful
Let players choose a report category, such as suspected aimbot or wallhack, and identify the suspicious round so reviewers can find the relevant moment.

Provide report feedback
Notify players when their report results in action, without revealing private information or detection methods.

Review suspicious accounts fairly
Prioritize accounts with repeated, credible reports for review. Report volume alone should never trigger a ban, because groups could abuse it against innocent players.

Apply bans based on verified evidence
Confirmed cheating should result in an appropriate account ban. Uncertain cases should receive further review, with an appeal process for mistakes.

Reduce the damage to fair players
When cheating is confirmed, review affected match results and restore lost rating where appropriate.

How players should report suspected cheaters

Open the in-game scoreboard and select the suspicious player.

Use the report option and choose the reason that matches what you observed.

If possible, review the match replay and note the suspicious rounds.

Report through official tools and avoid harassment or encouraging mass reports.

Players can report suspected cheating; Valve’s anti-cheat and review systems should decide whether the evidence warrants a ban.

It’s the same story. Valve cares only about profit, not the community—but they’ll realize that the community *is* the profit.
