Wanted to gift a knife to my friend and another account with same pfp send trade request the same second

I got scammed. Wrote like 5 tickets about this. That account isn’t banned nor skin was given back. I can’t cancel all the trades cause I’ll lose an ever more expensive knife. What can I do about this?

you can REVERSE TRADE.

also, when you "trade" with someone who is impersonating your friend, you'd see a notification "THIS PERSON IS NOT YOUR FRIEND" if u choose to ignore that, it's on u, buddy

There are a few elements to this that I'm not following. You wanted to gift a knife to your friend, so how would an unrelated 3rd party know about this? Why is the supposed friend sending the trade request? If I were lending one of my knives or giving a knife to a friend; I'd send the request not have them send it. What websites did you enter your steam login info on? This is a common scam that happens alongside phishing. As for what you can do, if this scam trade is the most recent then you should be able to wait for the older trades to go through and then trade reverse. I'd also recommend changing your password, deauthorizing all devices and revoking any API keys that are active.

What’s a problem to get it back? Just cancel your trade, your items have trade protection 7days since its traded.
