Hello Counter-Strike 2 Community,

I received a 7-day competitive cooldown with the message “VAC has flagged your gameplay as irregular.”

I would like to clarify that I have not intentionally used cheats, aim assist, or any software to gain an unfair advantage. I regularly play FACEIT and take fair play seriously.

I believe this cooldown may have been issued incorrectly, and I would appreciate any clarification about what might have caused it.

I am also part of a team that plays together during livestreams, and this cooldown is affecting our scheduled matches.

I understand that cooldowns cannot be manually removed by Steam Support. If this cooldown was issued incorrectly, I hope it can be reviewed by the appropriate system.

It’s a community forum. There is the place to discuss, not to appeal a cooldown or ban.

Cooldown can’t be appealed or removed. Steam support can’t do something with the cooldowns or bans.
