Vac ban 31 days

I was playing competitive with two of my buddies. One of them was a higher end player with more hours and everything than us and the match got canceled in the middle of the game and we all received cooldowns. They received 7 day cooldown, but I received 31 day cooldown for no reason at all. Do you guys have any suggestions or similar cases and can you help me and let me know if I can remove the cool down if the footage got review or something and VALVE remove the cooldown or I'm just screwed for the duration of the cooldown.

they are making way too much false ban i guess, I'm still under 7 day ban on this crap
