I got banned for playing with an SSG in mid on Dust 2.

I received 2 bans on two different accounts within 15 minutes, simply because I know how to shoot through the doors at mid on Dust 2. I don’t want to wait 7 days... I’m a clean player. I have never used cheats in any game, and I don’t like what’s happening here. Am I supposed to stop using the Scout now? Please remove this mistaken ban! I have dozens of saved replays showing shots like these—including video recordings—which clearly demonstrate that no third-party software was used.
