Trust factor issue

Hello i have been in red trust factor for 3 months and the game is unplayable, i play premier to get the max stripe medal but i cant win most of the matches because there are always cheaters in enemy team i dropped from 15k rating to 4k becuase i keep getting rage cheaters in enemy. I have no ideo how to fix this so thats why i did this dicussion.
