Issue with disconnection and temporary match lockout

Good morning,
I would like to report an issue that occurred during my last match in CS2. The game suddenlyI lost the connection to the server due to an error network instability. Despite an immediate attempt to rejoin, the system did not allow me to get back in time, which resulted in a temporary penalty.I understand that support does not remove automatic bans; however, I would like this situation to be investigated, as the issue stemmed from a technical error. Could you please verify the stability of the servers files? MłodyG
