ah and before i forget... i sometimes see the enemys before they peak around the corner its just about 1-2 images that shows them that they are on the move ...
It's almost unplayable.
I have exactly the same as you are getting and I can't explain why, I have tried everythingto fix it.
Even playing in servers with 8/9/10 people it still is very, very bad.
I keep getting killed because enemies have just moved 10 metres and I don't even know about it.
no teleporting and no laging backwards if i die ... dunno what was wrong with my 90 days old installation but now it works flawlessy o_O?!
If it helps I saw a thread further up about AltPug. I played on there with the 128tick servers and the game was PERFECT.
So it's obviously a problem on Valve's end for me.
maybe some windows updates are wrong or some drivers of the graphicscard - since ive made a new install with the same driver of AMD it looks completly different at all - the entire menue... so lets see whats gonna happen in some hours/days.
Also changed my graphiccard into a GTX 780 that has lowered tons of input and output lag that i have not noticed on my older card before (7870 GHz OC)...
the last time ive played CS Go i could not notice any teleporting anymore .. but instead i had microstuttering all over the place..

Not sure if it still exist, cause actually i left the game and play something else...
- enemies bleeding for 0 dmg
- i have great ping and connection
- the bigger lagger the worse reaction time for me
- sometimes i only die while enemy wasnt rendered yet or i didnt listen any shot

so my GTX 780 4 months after i bought it burned down, like in the video linked above this stuttering came from it, because it already was broken out of factory it seems.
ive changed my entire rig to an i5 4690K, GTX 970, new board, new ram etc. so the stuttering issue is gone completly.
but for the teleporting ive never found a fix, only for the horrible hitreg - so ive ordered a whole new ISP connection (now i got 2) and the hitreg issue seem to be fixed, rarely there still is lagspikes when headshotting an enemy he might drops like half a second late, guess its a normal thing.
when i plug in my old provider i get the hitreg issues back, with the new one it doesnt happen - BUT there is still sometimes sort of teleportation going on when an enemy first time peaks a corner it seems, not that way worse that i cannot react to it tho but still.
so i guess changing the isp did fix most of my problems so far, ive tried alot of things like ordering new cables between my modem and pc wich cost me quite alot of money.
when i play these days with the new isp connection i can play like 99% of the time completly fine - but about the teleportations it still seems that CS:S runs alot smoother in terms of animations n stuff than CS GO does.
- enemies bleeding for 0 dmg
- i have great ping and connection
- micro lags: im going behind a wall and the enemy kill me and i stay not behind this wall
