The BB code for linkified images is a bit funky. Try [url][img] or something, play around with it.

indeed. I inspected the html and the original green subscribe button is with actuall text in it, while their button is an image. Maybe try to find a way to ask the creator if you can use it/get explaination how to do so?

ITs made out of 3 images (the donate discription)
The left image. Then the donate button image(with the background at the top and bottom alsi in the same image) and then the only backgroudn image on the right side. Quite easy if you have the images.
